According to the delegation, Dongfeng light trucks are mass-produced at the factory with renowned international brands Mercedes-Benz and ISUZU, marking a major step forward for Dongfeng in the process of manufacturing globalization.
During the visit, Li Junzhi and his team arrived at the factory in Morocco and met with the general manager of the factory. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the factory’s production capacity, process flow and quality control.
Amid increasingly fierce competition in the global commercial vehicle market, Li Junzhi spoke highly of the factory’s efficient and standardized production capacity.
At present, the factory’s production line strictly adheres to the technical specifications of Dongfeng’s global manufacturing system, and each light truck undergoes rigorous quality inspection before leaving the factory to ensure that it meets the strictest standards in terms of performance, durability and safety.
At the same time, the factory also adopts a unified production process, in which Dongfeng light trucks and vehicles from Mercedes-Benz and ISUZU are assembled by the same group of skilled workers.
This mode of co-production with major international brands further strengthens the competitiveness of Dongfeng Light Trucks in the global market.
During his research, Li Junzhi also became familiar with the main links in the production chain, from assembling parts to debugging vehicles.
He praised the performance of the factory’s technicians and stressed that Dongfeng will introduce advanced products and technologies to overseas markets.
The general manager of the factory said at the meeting that the factory’s current equipment and production process are fully capable of meeting the demand for mass production of Dongfeng light trucks, and the factory has established a strict quality control system in the co-production process with Mercedes-Benz, ISUZU and other brands.
In the future, the factory will continue to optimize the production process to ensure that Dongfeng light trucks remain competitive in the international market.
