From heart to hand, Dolce&Gabbana unveils its immersive exhibition at the Grand Palais
Presented for the first time at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, facing the majestic Duomo, this exhibition attracted crowds between April and July 2024. Dolce&Gabbana, founded in 1985 by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, chose to highlight its most emblematic. With 220 haute couture pieces, the exhibition offered an overview of artisanal know-how and inspirations drawn from the richness of Italian culture. For its new stage, the exhibition takes up residence in the newly renovated Grand Palais. This Parisian setting will host the ten immersive rooms of the installation. Each space will offer a unique decor and sound ambiance, immersing visitors in a kaleidoscope of the multiple facets of the Italian house. Read more.

Louvre Couture: when fashion meets Art
The Louvre Museum is hosting an exceptional exhibition in 2025, “LOUVRE COUTURE: Art objects, fashion objects”. A unique immersion that explores the intimate links between fashion and art throughout history, in the majestic setting of the Louvre galleries. From January 24 to July 21, 2025this unique exhibition offers a dialogue between the masterpieces of the museum's Objects of Art department and iconic pieces of haute couture, ranging from Cristóbal Balenciaga to Iris van Herpen. Approximately 100 silhouettes and accessories illustrate the deep relationship between the decorative arts and fashion, revealing fascinating connections. Read more.

Stephen Jones, artist hats at the Palais Galliera
The Galliera PalaceParis Fashion Museum, dedicates an exhibition to Stephen Jones. Revealing the work of this British designer, from his beginnings in the 1980s to his most recent collections. For the first time in more than forty years, an accessory, the hat, is highlighted in this emblematic place, elevated to the rank of work of art. The exhibition highlights Stephen Jones' creative process, his inspirations and the intimate relationship he maintains with Paris. Read more.

Yves Saint-Laurent's colorful flowers at the YSL museum
The Yves Saint Laurent Museum celebrates the couturier's love for flowers in a unique exhibition, The Flowers of Yves Saint Laurentto be discovered from September 20, 2024 to May 4, 2025. This retrospective explores the influence of floral motifs on his emblematic creations, from his first embroideries in 1962 to the summer bride of 1999. A poetic dialogue is woven between his works and the world of Marcel Proust, his favorite writer. Drawings, textiles and accessories sit alongside installations by contemporary artist Sam Falls, offering a visual and literary homage to nature and the art of the great fashion designer.

The Museum of Decorative Arts highlights the “model deposit” in a fascinating exhibition
The Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris opens its doors to a unique exhibition, entitled “Fashion in models: Photographs from the 1920s and 1930s”available until January 26, 2025. This retrospective focuses on “model deposit”a little-known but crucial practice from the 1920s-1930s, used by major luxury houses to fight against counterfeiting. Faced with cultural effervescence between the wars, this process allowed creators to protect their works in the face of increasingly frequent imitations. Read more.
