Emiko Sanocoming from a line of Japanese chocolatiers dating back to his grandfather Gensaku Sano, combines the expertise passed down for three generations with his experience with big names like the MOF Olivier Bajard or the Plaza Athénée. Since 2017, their Parisian boutique has seduced with its creations that combine boldness and delicacy.
In the window of 3 Chocolatesthere are around six pastries renewed according to the seasons, as well as around twenty chocolates with varied flavors. Among the essentials, the hazelnut praline, the orange blossom hojicha chocolate or the sesame praline rub shoulders with more daring creations such as the miso or wasabi chocolate.
