At the end of November 2024, the steering committee France services met at the prefecture, in Périgueux. Chaired by the prefect of Dordogne, Marie Aubert, this annual meeting aims to take stock of the activity of the France Services spaces deployed in the department of Dordogne.
Decided at the end of the Great National Debate in April 2019, the deployment of France Services spaces aims to increase the number of shared access points to public services throughout the national territory. In Dordogne, 36 spaces are now certified and allow each Périgourdin to access a France Services structure in less than 30 minutes from their home.
These spaces provide physical reception by at least 2 agents trained to support users in their daily activities, 24 hours a week. Some advisors are specifically trained for digital approaches. In total, more than 12,000 support services will be provided each month in Dordogne in 2024, or 17 support services per day and per France Services space.
An enriched offer in 2025
In 2024, the satisfaction rate for these services expressed by supported users will reach 97.4%. In addition, 86% of requests are resolved on the first visit. In 2023, the France Services network was made up of 9 partners: La Poste, France Travail, the Family Allowance Fund (CAF), the Health Insurance Fund (CPAM), retirement insurance (CARSAT), the Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA), the Ministries of the Interior and of Justice, and the General Directorate of Public Finances (DGFIP).
Since January 1, 2024, these spaces include the France Rénov' services, which allow users to be guided in their procedures relating to the energy renovation of their home. This offer will be further enriched during the year 2025 with the addition of the services ofURSSAF (union for the recovery of social security contributions and family allowances) and theONAC (national office for combatants and victims of war).
