The Ricardo auction platform has issued a warning to a user from the canton of Schwyz. He had posted an offer online for a postcard bearing the signature of Adolf Hitler.
An offer on the Swiss auction platform Ricardo caused a stir. And for good reason: a user from the canton of Schwyz put up for sale a photo with a signature of Adolf Hitlerrelays 20 Minutes. The starting offer was 16,300 francs. According to the seller, the postcard was in its original packaging and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

The auction site explains that the offer was posted online on the platform before Ricardo’s security mechanisms came into action. It was immediately removed after its discovery.

Ricardo sent a warning to the Schwyz user. In the event of a repeat offense, he could be excluded from the platform. (gh)
