The census survey will cover only 8% of the Villeneuve population. “For municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants or more, such as Villeneuve-sur-Lot, INSEE has chosen an annual survey covering 8% of the population. After 5 years, the entire municipal territory is taken into account and the results of the census are calculated from the sample of 40% of their population thus constituted” details the City.
