Finding a job by crossing the street is not easy, but over a coffee it is possible.
Thursday January 16, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., more than 300 O2 agencies, including those in Sannois, Beaumont-sur-Oise and Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, in Val-d'Oise, will open their doors for a new Job Café .

With 3,500 vacancies throughout France, the home services company wishes to recruit household, childcare and care assistant experts by offering an accelerated recruitment process “in a pleasant setting and a relaxed recruitment approach and human.”
This is the sixth time that the person who presents himself as the number 1 in personal services has organized a Job Café.
“The Job Café shakes up the traditional codes of recruitment. The principle is simple, it allows candidates to discover the professional opportunities offered, in a warm setting, without the apprehension of traditional interviews and the usual processes. It is essential for candidates to feel confident in order to fully reveal their potential and highlight their talents during discussions,” explains the company.
