Did you know that the sales have started in Guadeloupe? Since Saturday! From the first weekend, customers were there, but fewer than in previous years, according to traders. For others, it was a pleasant surprise. Consumers, on the other hand, do not fall into the trap of overconsumption, believing that the prices are ultimately not that attractive.
The sales started in Guadeloupe on Saturday January 4, 2025! This period is a promise of good deals, both for consumers who must benefit from markdowns on their favorite items, and for merchants who intend to attract customers and sell off their stocks.
But is the timing right, when wallets were put under heavy strain during the end-of-year holidays? Every year, voices are raised to say that it is not conducive to purchases, finances being at half mast.
Times are difficult, eh! So the budget is a little tight. People save money!
It's too close to Christmas. Usually, we have a week's delay. And there, suddenly, we are optimistic, because there are people in the store, but I find that it is too close to the holidays.

As for the price reductions, are they really enough?
Some say no. Suspicious, some think that the prices are unchanged.
No. Not really interested. Because I think they are always the same prices. So, it doesn't change anything.

Others, without asking any questions, heat up the bank card! Too bad if there is a queue at the checkout!
By going to a few stores, we realized that some are indeed there.
And then some customers didn't even know it was the sale! The surprise was appreciable for them.
Ha no not really. We mainly came because we had something specific to do and, obviously, while we're here, we go on sales!
-20, -30, or even -50%… That's it! These very significant signs are therefore once again displayed in shop windows, in place of last week's Christmas decorations.
If you have some money and the desire to treat yourself, the merchants will be happy to welcome you.
The results will be drawn up in a few weeks, since the sales continue until January 31.
