This is a phenomenon which is not new and which, despite the various solutions found by the prison administration, continues. Saturday in the middle of the afternoon, the police surprised four young men on rue de Rouen in Porcheville (Yvelines) throwing packages into the juvenile prison.
The packages mainly contained phones and narcotics. The perpetrators of these “deliveries” are aged between 17 and 22. Three were left free. The fourth was taken into custody.
Similar events had already occurred last August. The police had apprehended two teenagers aged 16 and 17, living in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise). The package was received by a 16-year-old inmate from the same town. It contained a cell phone and two electronic cigarettes.
A few months earlier, in April, it was near the Bois-d'Arcy remand center (Yvelines) that police officers had foiled the delivery that two men were preparing to make. They had in their possession nine packages containing in particular narcotics, 6 mobile phones, cables and chargers.
