After the departure of Jean-Jacques Stauch, general director of SIGUY and SIMKO, retiring at the end of 2024 after more than 32 years of career. The boards of directors of the Société Immobilière de la Guyane (SIGUY) and the Société Immobilière de Kourou (SIMKO) have appointed Crystelle Dib-Pitrolle as his successor.
The assumption of office by Crystelle Dib-Pitrolle as general manager of the two companies therefore took effect on January 1, 2025.
A graduate of Montpellier Business School in organizational management, she also holds a degree in social psychology from Paul Valéry Montpellier III University.
Crystelle Dib-Pitrolle began her career in 2005 within the PARFAIT Group, brand HYPER U, where she successively held the positions of management controller and head of an Economic Interest Group (EIG).
Control of files
In 2008, she joined the Société Martiniquaise de HLM as project manager in the territorial department. In 2010, she was appointed director of customer services and managed all front office and commercial activities, with significant performance in customer recovery, rental vacancy reduction and social innovation.
Crystelle Dib-Pitrolle is also involved in internal reorganization projects and pilots operational processes as part of the ISO9001 quality certification obtained in 2021. From 2018, she is involved in the project to create a secondary establishment of the SMHLM in Guyana.
She was also a director of Crédit Mutuel Antilles-Guyane and served as industrial tribunal advisor for MEDEF Martinique, strengthening her expertise in social law and management of social relations.

SIGUY
Historical social landlord of Guyana created in 1975, SIGUY (Société Immobilière de la Guyane) has been housing families for nearly 50 years.
