Despite declining hiring prospects, many business leaders are struggling to recruit and retain their employees. Training funded by the State and the Region will take place in Guichen (Ille-et-Vilaine), from January to May 2025, one morning per month, to offer tools that can be easily implemented.

Seventy companies already trained

Inclusive HR training will be offered to small and medium-sized businesses in Vallons de Haute Bretagne, extended to the Redon sector. It will take place in the premises of the community of communes, with around ten participants.

She is the initiator of We Ker, an association with a team of professionals responsible for supporting businesses, and is also known for her role in the professional integration of young people.

It is in this context that this organization has set up training for managers and assistants of small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2021, nearly seventy companies have benefited from tools to improve their inclusive human resources skills. It’s an opportunity to take a step back from their practices, equip themselves effectively and exchange with other managers in the same territory,” presents Laurence Angleraux, project manager at We Ker. She will lead this training with Karine Terrier, from the Careers and Skills Adequacy firm. This proposal is free for businesses, thanks to the support of the State and the Region. Beyond questions of recruitment, integration and employee loyalty by preventing situations of discrimination, we also address questions that arise when the situation is less favorable. From experience, participants come first to have tools that are easy to implement, but they also appreciate being able to exchange with other managers. adds Laurence Angleraux.
