But the story doesn't end there. This Thursday, the same individuals were arrested again, this time during a caravan theft in Thiais, in Val-de-Marne. Given their arrest, the two defendants will be referred and will appear this Friday, January 3 according to the immediate appearance procedure to be judged for all the facts.

Repeat offenders subject to an OQTF
The two burglars, of Algerian origin, are without papers or a fixed address and are already known to the police for similar acts. Both are also subject to an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF), which has so far remained a dead letter. Their modus operandi, which allowed money to be stolen from the cash register and medicines from the Ivry pharmacy, betrays a well-established organization, according to police sources.
