EXCLUSIVE MAINTENANCE – The RMC morning journalist gets an extra hour on BFMTV and is preparing to launch a new show on RMC Story.
Apolline de Malherbe is a very busy woman at the start of 2025. In addition to her daily morning show on RMC and her 8:30 a.m. political interview, the journalist is launching a new format on RMC Story and taking over the 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. slot on BFMTV. Exclusive interview with a news enthusiast.
LE FIGARO.- Since yesterday, you have extended the pleasure of the morning and your face-to-face with an extra hour on BFMTV. How was this decided?
APOLLINE DE MALHERBE.- Upon his arrival, Fabien Namias (general director of BFMTV, editor’s note) mentioned it with Hervé Beroud (his predecessor). He took the time to see me, we discussed at length, particularly about my long-standing investment with the group. Fabien wanted to move forward on BFMTV and I also wanted to keep RMC. And so we found a balance with this extra hour on BFMTV, as an extension of my morning.
