2024 credits for housing and town planning renewed identically in the absence of a finance law
As provided for by the special law of December 20, 2024, a decree of December 30, 2024 opens the necessary credits to continue the execution of public services, by renewing for each program the amounts voted in the initial finance law for 2024 by Parliament, in the absence of a budget for 2025. Thus, the “Territorial Cohesion” mission has nearly €21.9 billion in AE and more than 21.2 € billion in CP, including €13.7 billion in AE and CP for program 109 “Assistance with access to housing”, €4.2 billion for program 135 “Urban planning, territories and improvement of housing”, or €639 million for program 147 “City policy”. A decree specifies that the credits made available for each of the programs from January 2 represent 25% of the credits provided for by the “voted services” decree. Discussions relating to the PLF for 2025 must resume in January.
