How far will the Christmas village of Saint-Pierre-lès-Nemours (Seine-et-Marne) go? THE traditional village Christmas took a new dimension this year by welcoming in the space of two days more than 10,000 visitors !

The Christmas magic grabbed the City Hall Park of Saint-Pierre-lès-Nemours. In the middle of unique handmade decorations by one team of volunteers for several months, there are more than 60 traders, artisans or even producers who were gathered.

Exhibitors delighted with this unprecedented level of attendance who were able to introduce local residents to their products.

The Municipality had reserved a important place for community associationsand in particular to those of local schools who sold pastries and various student achievements to finance educational projects in 2025.

A big challenge for 2025

Schools were fully involved in this holiday weekend as more than 70 young Saint-Pierrois from the Sources et Hauts de Saint-Pierre school officially opened the Christmas Village by singing several Christmas carols worked on during the year . A moving moment that brought together many parents!

Throughout the weekend, the activities continued with concerts offered by the Contacts association, the Harmonie de Nemours, the Roche Fontaine choir… a theater play on Sunday afternoon or even walks in pony.

Finally, and this was the highlight of the show, the traditional fireworks display on Saturday evening which alone brought together several thousand visitors. A sound and light show which amazed the many parents and children present by telling them the story of little Arthur who dreamed of traveling with Santa Claus. The biggest challenge remains: doing at least as well in 2025!
