Reconnect with the local
This year, the JCE wanted to focus its program on values of solidarity and listening. “We contacted around ten charitable associations in the department to come and discover their problems and offer our help over half a day, says the new president. Our movement must be as close as possible to residents and businesses in the region, the goal is to train our members to be actors in tomorrow's projects. »
Aziz Mahiou already has several projects in mind that he plans to set up with his new team, like the duck race he organized in Châteauroux in August 2024: “What makes us rich is the diversity of the people in our movement”. The young president also invites all people aged 18 to 40 to come and discover the JCE during general assemblies or meetings which take place throughout the year.
