Designed by the firm Franklin Azzi Architecture and built by the Fayat groupthe building “The Bellini” will become the head office of Swiss Life . A delivery which confirms the capacity of the promoter Altarea to imagine and create emblematic turnkey buildings on behalf of major economic players.

Architectural signal at the entrance to

With his design contemporain and its modern equipment, “Le Bellini” embodies a new generation of offices, capable of meeting both the most demanding users and design standards. It develops more than 18,000 m² of officeswith a ceiling height of 2.8 meters and abundant natural lighting.

With its 13 floors, its now – a sharing space where employees can benefit from numerous services, a restaurant, a café open all day, terraces and a rooftop-“Le Bellini” has a breathtaking view of the Seine and the monuments of , at the gates of La Défense.

Located along the river, it benefits from exceptional accessibility 150 meters from line 1 of the metro and one station from the “Cœur transports” hub of Puteaux making him a signal architectural at the entrance to the city.

This office building is the result of a collaboration between Altarea Entreprise and the Franklin Azzi Architecture firm, recognized for its ability to imagine modern, functional and aesthetic spaces.

It is also distinguished by its environmental commitment and aims for certifications that are among the most demanding in the sector. These labels include:

  • NF Tertiary buildings – HQE approach (Excellent level),
  • BREEAM International New Construction (Excellent level),
