His comments combine incitement to violence, conspiracy and anti-Semitism. On TikTok, an influencer openly calls for violence against opponents of the Algerian regime in France. The man, who calls himself «zazouyoucef»is followed by more than 400,000 people on the social network.
In a first video, which no longer appears on his TikTok account, the individual threatened to commit attacks against people who demonstrated against the Algerian regime during the New Year. “We're going to make you like in the 90s. We're going to shoot you (…) Do you want to go out on January 1st? Shoot them, we have to make the powder speak. President Tebboune (the Algerian president, Editor’s note), shoot them, they want chaos”he explains to the camera, in Arabic, while miming shots with his hands.
“Those who go out to Paris, we will take care of them. And those who go out to Algeria, shoot them too (…) They are paid by France, the country in which I live. The Algerian authorities know me. Shoot them, we will bury them with the Jews”he continues.
In a second video posted three days ago, still online on his account, the influencer persists. “We are at war. At the slightest misstep we will screw your mothers”he begins, miming a throat-slitting gesture. He then films himself at night in the streets of Brest where he seems to live. “Come and face us. If you have something to say, we're here. We're going to fuck you, piss on you, we're going to rape you then fuck your mother (…) Long live Algeria, I'm going to finish you off.”he threatens, sunglasses on his nose.
