Two weeks after the passage of Cyclone Chido, François Bayrou arrived in Mayotte. When his plane lands this Monday at dawn in Dzaoudzi, the Prime Minister will begin a marathon day to absorb the anger of a population hit hard by winds of rare intensity. The five ministers in his delegation, including two former tenants of Matignon, are supposed to show the involvement of the State despite the criticism which has been accumulating for a long time there.
