The threat had been looming for several days. The ax has fallen. This Wednesday, December 4, around 11 a.m., around fifty police officers invaded the Francilité Seine-et-Oise (Fso) depot in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône. Objective: lift by force the picket which had taken root for four weeks

Managed by Fso, a subsidiary of Lacroix & Savac, on behalf of Ile-de- Mobilités (Idfm), the 32 lines of a network which serves the former New Town, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine and Achères are shutdown since November 7. No buses run. At Fo's call, bus drivers are on strike. They denounce a deterioration in their working conditions and are fighting to maintain the social gains obtained during the time of Stivo and Transdev, before the market was taken over by Fso thanks to an opening to competition. A mediator was appointed by Idfm without allowing a resolution to the conflict.

“Faced with the failure of the mediation which had been initiated and in application of the judgment rendered by the judicial court of , the prefect granted the assistance of the public force to remove the obstacles and free access to the bus depot of Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône and allow non-striking employees to exercise their right to work”, explain the State services.

Not enough to change the determination of the strikers to continue the struggle. “On the contrary, it reenergizes us! Will this solve the problem? Will it be better for our salaries and working conditions? », asks Cyrille Mauger, Fo union representative. Will the comings and goings of buses resume? “No driver wants to leave the depot, they are afraid of security on the network.”

Between management and the unions, negotiations continue to stumble over the replacement agreement setting out the organization of work, remuneration and bonuses for employees. The unions accuse management of not making any valid proposals. Management accuses the unions of not wanting to negotiate anything. “They offer us nothing but shit! », breathes Cyrille Mauger. “During the last meeting (yesterday evening, Tuesday December 3, editor's note), management submitted to us a new salary scale under which former Stivo and Transdev employees would earn less, 200 euros less per month, while entrants would earn a little more… They undress Pierre to dress Jacques. » Present on the scene this Wednesday morning, the collaborator of the deputy for the 10th constituency, Aurélien Taché (Lfi), calls for the appointment of a “neutral” mediator to resolve the crisis.
