The driver of a scooter was hit by a car, the driver of which fled, this Wednesday evening, in Pézenas.
It was around 6:30 p.m. this Wednesday, December 4, 2024, when the accident occurred on the road to Montpellier, in the northeast, in the urban area. The shock was violent.
A young scooter rider believed to be 20 years old was hit by a vehicle, which, according to the Sdis 34continued on his way. Firefighters and a medical team came to his aid, the injured person being in a serious condition.
They requested the Dragon 34, the Civil Security helicopter which is in the area to transfer the victim to Montpellier University Hospital in a state of absolute emergency.
The Pézenas company gendarmes are on site for the investigation and to find the driver.
