In Angoulême, at the call of several public service unions, a demonstration is planned for Thursday, December 5. The procession will set off at 10:30 a.m. from the administrative city, before strolling past the CPAM, the prison, the prefecture, the town hall.

“Everyone is invited to come with equipment representative of their activity, and to leave it in front of the prefecture,” said Élise Moreau, from SNUipp-FSU Charente. Like farmers, the operation is intended to be visual. “Because it’s booming,” continues the teacher who confirms that around fifteen schools in the department will be closed this Thursday.
