Gulf of Morbihan – Vannes agglomeration (GMVA) is modifying the Kicéo network with new lines and services, as well as on-demand services. The point.

Changes from July 2024

Several changes on different lines from July:

  • Ligne 4 : Service to the northern district of the SNCF train station, via rue de Strasbourg. Two new stops: SNCF-Nord train station and RCV performance center/Bilaire parking lot. From September 2024
  • Ligne 26 : Line set up in April to serve the Château de Suscinio. It will operate all summer. Creation of the Penvins and Ostréapolis stops on this new line operating from Monday to Saturday during the school holidays in zone B.
  • Ligne 7 : Line linking Séné to Saint-Avé via Vannes. Improvement in the frequency of crossings (every 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes from 6:44 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.) between Vannes and Saint-Avé.
  • Ligne 10 : Improvement in the frequency of passage (every 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. towards Vannes and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. towards Theix-Noyalo). Service from Kerentré to Theix-Noyalo (1 trip out of 3) on an experimental basis
  • Ligne 11 : Extension of the line from Ploeren Treoguer to Plougoumelen (1 race out of 2)
  • Ligne 22 : Line which serves Surzur with six round trips. At the start of the school year in September 2024, it will be extended to Sarzeau. The number of round trips will increase from 6 to 8.
  • Ligne 5 : The line passes in the Laroisseau sector. To improve its commercial speed, there will be a modification of the route via Boulevard Monsabert (after work to create a bus lane during the summer of 2024).

Finally, it should be noted the new line 27 (Grand-Champ – Locmaria Grand-Champ – Locqueltas – Meucon – Saint-Avé Le Poteau and Kerniol). It will pass in particular through Locmaria-Grand-Champ, Locqueltas and Meucon. “The objective is to strengthen the attractiveness of towns and facilitate access to local shops and various services,” reveals GMVA.

Good to know, “the Sunday offer will be enhanced with the extension of line D3 from Saint-Avé Le Poteau to Séné and the creation of line D4 serving Arradon and Theix-Noyalo via Vannes”, indicates GMVA.
