It’s a plebiscite. Bastien Lachaud, candidate of the New Popular Front for the 6th constituency of Seine-Saint-Denis, was re-elected from first round legislative elections which took place on Sunday June 30, 2024. Voters will not have to return to the polls on Sunday July 7, 2024 for the second round of elections.

Already elected in the first round in 2022

The incumbent candidate won in Aubervilliers and Pantin against Nacéra Salhaoui (RN), Nathalie Sack (DVD) and Nathalie Arthaud (Lutte Ouvrière). “Thank you to the thousands of votes that were cast in favor of the New Popular Front in Aubervilliers and Pantin. I will strive to be worthy of your trust,” he shared on X before calling “to beat Le Pen and Bardella.”

Bastien Lachaud had already won in 2022 in the first round in his constituency with 75% of the votesone of his party’s best national scores.
