It’s Friday, 6:30 p.m. and that’s it, the 2024 edition of Saint-Paul is officially launched. On the market square, instruments follow one another to warm up the crowd that is starting to arrive. The terraces are already resonating to the sound of thousands of laughs. It is also the good atmosphere and the entertainment that encourage visitors to come to this summer event.

We are one of the most cultural bars. For a street arts festival, for our bar to participate, for us, it’s obvious. It’s the only time of the year when we can move the bar outside, and it allows us to meet people in the street, and it’s very pleasant, throughout the weekend.
The sun has now given way to the moon, it is after 11 p.m., and the party is in full swing, especially in front of the Café de Paris. The square has been transformed into a real open-air nightclub. This is where we met Léon.
I came to party with my friends. Saint-Paul’s Day is one of the emblematic festivals of Sarreguemines, it’s always a pleasure to experience it every year. There, I was really into it with my friends, we’re enjoying it, it feels good, it’s the start of the summer vacation.
The city was packed with people until after midnight on the first evening. Unfortunately, on Saturday, the city had to stop the festivities at 6 p.m. due to the risk of storms. On Sunday, rain fell on the city all day. Last year, more than 50,000 people lined the streets during the 3 days of Saint-Paul.
