Beautiful seasons in Antwerp
This 23-year-old player, a Belgian Espoirs international revealed at Standard de Liège, has been playing in Antwerp since 2021, scoring 7 league goals in each of the last 2 seasons (in 33 matches including 27 as a starter last season). He scored once in the Champions League last year, in a 3-2 home defeat against Shakhtar Donetsk, after having already scored in the play-off against AEK Athens. In the same match, he was the decisive passer for a 2-1 victory in Greece. In 2023, he contributed to the Antwerp club’s championship title. He is capable of evolving in the axis but especially on the sides. He is currently under contract until 2026 but the Antwerp club needs to sell this summer and he represents one of the highest market values of the club without figures having filtered with a view to possible negotiations.
