Before the arrival of the cyclonic phenomenon Béryl, L’Express des Îles reschedules its maritime rotations
First consequence of the arrival of the Béryl cyclonic phenomenon: sea conditions are very difficult (gusts of 35 knots and troughs greater than 2.50 m) and should continue to deteriorate over the hours.
The inter-island shipping company L’Express des Îles had to review its rotation schedule and bring forward or cancel certain crossings, as one of its managers announced, as of Thursday.
The new timetables of the international line
. Sunday June 30:
- Departure from Pointe-à-Pitre to Dominica and Fort-de-France at 8 a.m.
- Departure from Dominica to Fort-de-France at 10:30 a.m.
- Cancellation of Saint Lucia stopover, all passengers bound for Saint Lucia are transferred to Tuesday July 2
- Departure from Fort-de-France to Dominica and Pointe-à-Pitre at 2 p.m.
- Departure from Dominica to Pointe-à-Pitre at 4:15 p.m.
. Monday July 1:
- Cancellation of the crossing between Saint Lucia, Fort-de-France, Dominica and Pointe-à-Pitre
- Passengers departing from St. Lucia on July 1st will be transferred to Saturday, June 29th at 7am
- Passengers departing from Fort-de-France to Dominica and Pointe-à-Pitre and from Dominica to Pointe-à-Pitre are transferred to Sunday, June 30.
. Tuesday July 2:
- Departure from Pointe-à-Pitre to Dominica, Fort-de-France and Saint Lucia at 1 p.m.
- Departure from Dominica to Fort-de-France and Saint Lucia at 3:30 p.m.
- Departure from Fort-de-France to Saint Lucia at 6:15 p.m.
