Greenway Festival in Brugairolles: on foot or by bike

This initiative was born from the initiative of Michel Navarro, circus artist of the company Les Acrostiches, and Marina Bellinello, singer and singing teacher. For the Friday 5th et Saturday July 6, The villages of Brugairolles, Caihavel and Cailhau have answered the call for this first festival. The programme is enticing: on Friday, a hike from Brugairolles to Malvies (round trip). Departure at 4:30 p.m. from Brugairolles and Cambieure.

At 6 p.m., various artists; at 7 p.m., circus show and concert. The village children will perform a first part with songs and juggling.

A refreshment bar and a tasting of the Gayda estate wines are planned. On Saturday, all day, bike rides, and walks, shows in the evening.

A festival whose objective is to create links between the inhabitants of these villages, and to share festive moments without taking your car.

For Michel Navarro: “This small festival is part of a global approach to research and dissemination of culture in a carbon-free way, even if this term is incomplete for us, because we need to think about a global transformation of our attitudes. Thus, proximity, inter-village exchanges, the use of paths and the greenway on foot or by bike are part of this approach and this reflection. Marina and I are creating a show called Marinajak which will be released in 2025.”
