Albert Milton Tucker Obituary
Albert Milton Tucker passed peacefully away and into the arms of his Lord and Saviour on June 28, 2024 at the age of 90.
Predeceased by his wife Elsie Louise Tucker; mother and father I. Florence and William H. Tucker; his mother and father-in-law Elizabeth and Frederick Way; brother Hedley Tucker; sister and brother-in-law Carrie and Fred Martin; sister B. Irene Tucker; sister-in-law Jessie Earle (William); brother- in-law Joseph Chapman.
Leaving to mourn and will be sadly missed by his children, son Byron Tucker; daughters Juanita Peach (Berk), Paula Hogan and Lorraine Tucker; his cherished grandchildren Blaine Peach (Amanda Burry), Christian Hogan (Sherri lynn), James Hogan (Jennifer Wight) and Poppy’s precious little girl, his great granddaughter Rylee Hogan; sister-in-law Joyce Chapman (Hamilton, ON.); lifelong friends Merve & Margaret Milley (Burnt Point); dear friends June and Tim Ramsey (PEI); many nieces, nephews, and extended family; the St. John’s Gospel Hall Assembly and many dear friends and close neighbours, too many to mention.
Thank you, Fred Brace, for so much passion and care you have given Dad over the past 1 ½ years, Dad always enjoyed your company. Special thanks to Dr. Roger Butler and his staff from the Home Dementia Team, his family physicians Dr. Aguilar and Dr. Krisdaphongs. Thank you to the Nurses and Staff for their kindness and care from 4 South B, Health Science Centre.
Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl. Visitation will be on Sunday June 30th, 2024 from 10:00am – 12:00pm, 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Funeral service will take place at Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel on Monday July 1, 2024 at 11:00am. The service will be live streamed for those unable to attend and a link can be found below. Interment will be held Monday July 1, 2024 at 3:30pm from the Gospel Hall Cemetery in Burnt Point, CBN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Gospel Hall Cemetery, Burnt Point.
