Lille supporters between fear and excitement regarding the LOSC calendar for the 2024-25 season

A week ago, the Professional Football League unveiled the full calendar of the French championship for the 2024-2025 season. This, as far as LOSC is concerned, has received mixed reviews.

It’s been a week since the Dogues have been set, able to project themselves on the upcoming deadlines, from the start of the championship to the various shocks from which they will have to emerge victorious throughout the 2024-2025 season. As with every year, a calendar has its own specificities. As for LOSC, this could correspond to the early reception of Paris Saint-Germain (01/09) which has already turned sour in the past or to the marathon that the Dogues will have to go through between October and November. It is thus, taken aback, that we probed on this subject, on the complexity of the challenge that Bruno Genesio and his men are preparing to take up.

The result may be surprising, particularly mixed. Out of nearly 700 participants, 58% believe that the calendar revealed is generally positive for LOSC when, on the contrary, 42% consider it to be complicated. This nuance could be explained by different biases, the fear or excitement of chaining together tough oppositions, the fact of concluding their year at home or even experiencing a final sprint less high-level than the one the Dogues recently experienced. Finally, only the reality on the ground will be the judge of truth.

What do you think of the Dogues’ calendar for the 2022-2023 season?

  • It is good for LOSC (58%, 393 Votes)
  • It is complicated for LOSC (42%, 288 Votes)

Total Voters: 681
