The video format nevertheless offers more possibilities than a simple piece of paper. They were therefore instructed to complete their presentation with the demonstration of a mastered professional gesture that characterizes their know-how and interpersonal skills.

For this exercise, the Auscitaine decided to put herself in the picture, as part of her internship at the Gers departmental council, during the call “from a supplier encountering a problem with an invoice”, the young student told the assembly.

“Humble” presentation

After viewing the videos of all the candidates, the performance of Julia Narbonne, student in Bac pro AGOrA (assistance in the management of organizations and their activities), at the Pardailhan high school, in Auch, finally stood out. Her video CV, in which the young Gersoise presents herself in a “humble” way, was selected by the jury and is one of the national winners.

The selection of the best presentations is based on the clarity of the presentation, the fluidity and precision of the oral presentation, the motivation of the candidate and the technicality of the professional gesture.
