The Citizens movement is a social and solidarity economy movement that supports organizations and citizens in their transition.
A movement that brings together all the organizations in the region on transition issues: businesses, communities, associations and higher education establishments, and all citizens: students, employees, community agents, elected officials.
21 days is the time it takes to establish a habit. So 21 days is the duration we have chosen for this second edition of the Citizens Normandie Tour.
With a crazy challenge in mind: to make the ecological and social transition irresistible, and to make it a reality in our daily lives, throughout our Normandy territory. And always with three words on the luggage rack: meet, inspire and engage.
The Citizens Normandie Tour is a 3-week cycling adventure through our magnificent Normandy region which will highlight local initiatives around a theme: the ecological and social transition of our territory.
At each stage, Citizens co-constructs an event in partnership with communities, associations, players in the social and solidarity economy, businesses and higher education establishments.
The tour starts from Rouen on June 20 and will arrive in Caen on July 11. Between these two dates, 14 stages and as many spaces for meeting and dialogue created in order to continue to collectively build a responsible, inclusive and united society.
