In view of Météo-France forecasts, tomorrow, Thursday November 21, 2024, the department of Ille-et-Vilaine will be placed on yellow vigilance from 4:00 a.m. then on orange vigilance from 6:00 a.m. for risk of snow-ice.

This Thursday, November 21, Météo-France is forecasting a snowy episode on an axis going from North Brittany/Normandy to the Grand-Est. North of this depression, snowfall down to the plains is expected between late night from Wednesday to Thursday and the evening of Thursday.
In Ille-et-Vilaine, 2 to 5 cm are expected with locally higher accumulations in certain sectors.

For the moment, the department is on orange alert from 6:00 a.m. tomorrow morning until the night of Thursday to Friday. An extension is possible Friday morning with a risk of refreezing.
