A room under the stars returns: 8 themed evenings It turns!

Through a selection of eight films and of eight shows (music, live performance, street arts, etc.) the festival will take you on a joyful journey through cinema for eight wonderful evenings.

A Room under the Stars has the pleasure and honor of welcoming Bérénice BEJO and Michel HAZANAVICIUS as godmother and godfather of the 2024 edition! They will come to present the films “The Artist”, “Cut! », “American class” but also “The Most Precious of Goods”

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE FESTIVAL

This year, the team of the festival une salle sous les étoiles takes you behind the scenes of cinema! They invite you to explore behind the scenes with films that tell the story of how films are made!
And what’s more, you will embark on the great adventure of Cinema with the different workshops: the Doublothon (film dubbing workshop), the Mashup Table (editing workshop with paper), the Animation Workshop and above all, the big new feature: the Shoot your film workshop!
Because yes, this year there will be a real film set at the festival where spectators will be able to replay a scene from their favorite film!

THE FESTIVAL VILLAGE

This year again, artisans and artists will come to animate the village you festival by presenting their work and offering creative workshops for the public. Finally, you will find the game bar, with this year competitions organized just for you and a musical blind test every evening! Finally the refreshment bar and the food trucks will be there to restore and quench your thirst. picnic is allowed, with more tables and dedicated spaces planned!

LET’S MEET

To democratize access to culture, mediation work was undertaken throughout the year with students from the University of Nîmes as well as with structures located in priority neighborhoods of the City.

Believing in culture as a social bond is the key word of the festival, which aims to celebrate the arts in the open air, by offering a unique experience to spectators. The association pursues its objectives of making its festival open and accessible to all without exception. Preferential rates are offered and places are offered every evening for audiences in financial difficulty.
