And to continue:

We will have 24-hour staff and concierge service. Activities will be possible every day. We will have a restaurant with a chef and fresh products, open to families and even to all residents by reservation. Common areas are equipped with sports equipment, a library, a hairdressing salon, etc.

Twenty-five apartments have already found buyers. All are offered furnished. The rental cheapest is 720 euros per month for a single person, a 3-room apartment will rent for around 1,800 euros.
