HOPEN – pop-praise. Four brothers from Avignon, all songwriters and musicians who, through their pop songs, transmit universal and resolutely positive messages. Their repertoire: it’s pop-praise (“worship” in English)… another way of praying! Antoine, Camille, Armand and Charles are the eldest of a family of seven children. If the essential is forged in childhood, no need to be surprised that these boys are all authors, composers and multi-instrumentalists. In the Auclair family, music has always been omnipresent: a grandfather choir director, a drummer father and a host of instruments hanging around the house. Once the conservatory homework has been completed, the four brothers spend their free time playing together in the garage, and perform concerts at school parties, gatherings, springboards… All with an assumed eclecticism which takes them from Toto to Bob Marley, from Goldman to Coldplay, from gospel to Phil Collins. Benevolence claimed, tenderness in the engine, panache as fuel… These four living forces invite us to open the door to hope! Hopen – Welcome home – Hopen – We sang Christmas – The Church of the Madeleine in Paris is a highly symbolic place visited by foreign tourists every year in France. During the Olympic Games, the Church of the Madeleine will be open to visitors and has decided to adapt its concert program in order to integrate the “Cultural Olympiad” label. The HOLY GAMES festival aims to highlight the links that exist between sporting values and the universality of music in its diverse and plural programming, ranging from the most beautiful tunes of classical music to the current chords of reggae, thus offering an opportunity for all audiences to discover in an original way the Eglise de la Madeleine in Paris which has just been restored.
