We observe nice clearings in the evening. Then, the sky clouds over very quickly in the middle of the night.
Moderate North-West then South-East wind, on the coast and the Pays de Caux. Gusts reaching 55 km/h, early in the night.
Minimum temperatures: in the eastern three-quarters of the department -1 to 2 degrees. 3 degrees on the Pointe de Caux and the Le Havre area. These temperatures are below seasonal values.

The sky is gray most of the day. The clouds drop small amounts of precipitation here and there. It rains, then during the morning, snow appears in the coldest areas. You have to wait until the end of the afternoon to return to dry weather over a large western half of the department. For the night: The sky is variable, then the clouds take over. Showers occur from the middle of the night. They become more marked in the second part of the night on the coast, and storms are then possible. Precipitation generally occurs in the form of mixed rain and snow during the first part of the night. However, snow may become prevalent in the middle of the night.
