The recent modernization of the Georges-Pompidou stadium, completed in September 2023 after an investment of 1.4 million euros by the municipality, aimed to attract large-scale events. This meeting, organized by Montauban Athletics and the City, promises an exceptional spectacle with the presence of the young local athlete Victoria Kwarteng as the headliner.

“The meeting should offer a spectacle of choice in view of the Olympic Games this summer,” promises the Town Hall of Montauban. With its nine straight-line lanes and its doubled jumping and throwing areas, the Montauban blue track is ready to welcome athletes and their performances. The competitions will last from 7:15 p.m. to 11 p.m.offering a series of events such as the 100 meters, triple jump, as well as javelin and shot put.
