HYMpulsion has just inaugurated its 7th hydrogen station in France, in Valence in the Drôme. It is the first in the department, but the 7th station in the network installed as part of the Zero Emission Valley project. More than 15 hydrogen stations have already been established in the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes region. Representing an investment of 3.6 million euros, it allows the refueling of light and heavy vehicles between Lyon and Valence. It delivers hydrogen at 350 bars for heavy vehicles and at 700 bars for light vehicles, with a total capacity of 1000kg per day.
This inauguration also marked the strengthened partnership between Hympulsion and Hyliko, developer and supplier of hydrogen vehicles. This partnership is based on an interoperability contract (customers from both parties can access both networks equally), a cross-marketing agreement and support from national and regional subsidies (in particular with the ImagHYne project in the Aura region).
The Zero Emission Valley project, led by the Aura region, aims to promote the development of hydrogen mobility, with the simultaneous development of hydrogen vehicles and stations. Supported by Ademe and the European Union, the program provides for the opening of 15 hydrogen stations, the installation of a large capacity electrolyser to produce hydrogen and support for the purchase of 400 light vehicles. and utility vehicles and 80 heavy vehicles.
