But like its president, the community of real estate professionals says it is ready to bet on more encouraging prospects.
Seven decades already, the words of Philippe Vacher have accompanied the FNAIM and its gatherings. During an assembly, the latter put forward the idea of “uniting, serving and acting”. Enough to raise the idea of a market in renewed form, illustrated by the recent drop in interest rates. “2024 is a year of transition, but we have to be positive,” encouraged the president of the FNAIM Rhône, Pascal Pancrazioready to take advantage of the setting of Pasino Grand Partouche to bet on “better days”, the polar opposite of the unprecedented crisis faced by the profession.
“We are entrepreneurs, we fight and we remain optimistic,” he urged, in order to rekindle the flame of his colleagues. And thus toast to a future that everyone hopes will prosper. Champagne!
