EDF Muret signed a partnership agreement with Csiereso, the South-West Region Inter-Enterprise Social Center, yesterday.
The main electricity supplier in France, stands out for its large number of social partners, 280 partners in the South-West, including Csiereso, a corporate social expert who works with 110 companies in Toulouse and the greater South-West.
Concretely, Csiereso social workers will work with the 12 advisors from the EDF solidarity center located in Muret to help employees in precarious situations find lasting solutions. “We respond to the daily requests from social workers, who we have on the phone every day,” explains Létitia Bécharel, head of the EDF Sud-Ouest solidarity center. In the South-West, the social center supports 500,000 employees, according to Marie-Pierre Rozières, director of Csiereso, “The social center offers social support services to all sectors of activity, small or large businesses.” Csiereso has 70 work social workers who work with employees.
