Friday June 28, at 7 p.m., a surprise key handover will open the festivities. The traditional communal meal will then be served, at 7:30 p.m., under the marquee. It will be prepared and served by the young people on the committee. Two bands, the Lyre arzacquoise and It depends on the days of Montardon, will liven up the evening. The Box’son podium will take over until 3 o’clock.

Saturday June 29, the day will be sporty with, from the morning, the 15th edition of La Caubios-Loosienne, with, from 9 a.m., the start of the 10 km walk, followed, at 9:30 a.m., by that of the 4 and 10 km races and 4 km walks. Bibs can be collected from 8 a.m. The children’s race will take over before the prize-giving podium and the closing aperitif.
At 2 p.m., the second edition of the soap box race will take place. The evening will continue under the big top with a meal provided by the caterer Oh Petiot, hosted by the bands Juventud from Mont-de-Marsan and La Txunga from Pontonx-sur-l’Adour. The Heptagone orchestra will take over from midnight to 3 a.m.
Sunday, June 30, a fatty double-egg-ventrèche breakfast will be served, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the village hall. At 11:45 a.m., the commemorative ceremony will take place at the war memorial, followed by a reception offered by the municipality and hosted by the local band Los Ultimos.
A meal to reserve
The party will continue at the Comptoir des crus where a meal will be offered (reservations at 06 83 86 48 75). From 7:30 p.m., the group Les Allumettes will perform in concert on the square and the El Olivar restaurant will offer gourmet dishes. The festive weekend will end with a fireworks display.
