The Paris 2024 Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11. But before participating in the most prestigious competition in the world, athletes from the different Olympic delegations refine their preparation on officially listed training sites.

As such, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, labeled “Land of Games 2024”, has been designated “Olympic Games training site” for three of these facilities:

  • The Olivier Allo sports complex (former Iscles stadium)
  • The Hervé Allari dojos
  • The beach volleyball courts at Cousteau Beach

Recently, the men’s and women’s rugby sevens teams came to train on the lawn of the Olivier Allo complex. In three days, delegations from the four corners of the world used the Laurentian infrastructures: Argentina, Paraguay, South Africa, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, China.

In order to promote sport and the Olympic spirit, but also to promote its quality equipment which has enabled it to be listed as an “Olympic Games training site”, the city of Saint-Laurent-du-Var is launching a campaign communication showcasing different sporting disciplines. These visuals will be visible in particular in the “bus shelter” format panels from July 3.

Remember that Saint-Laurent-du-Var is labeled “Terre de Jeux 2024” but also “Ville Active et Sportive 2 laurels”.
