Ruth and Onorio Petralia radiate health and this is surely no coincidence. For forty years, they have been enjoying the benefits of a sloping plot of land on the edge of the village of Ollon: vines, vegetables, fruits, flowers, wild plants, nature spreads generously around an 18th century farmhouse.e century. An entirely organic production, which the couple shares in the markets or in renowned kitchens. Woodruff, asparagus, cornel, poppy, violet, medlar, there is not a petal, a bud, a berry or a stem that does not end up in syrup, liqueur, jam, pickle or pesto.
