To celebrate the passing of the Olympic flame in Haute-Marne, Arts Vivants 52 will offer an exceptional and deliciously offbeat show of majorettes and rock music!

In 1991, Freddie Mercury died of AIDS. Thirty years later, the male team of majorettes Queen-A-Man, led by their Breton captain, decided to pay tribute to him and created a show in his honor. Choreographies, Breton stick throwing, mustachioed choirs, rock’n’roll attitude, Queen-A-Man has a real presence on the stages made available…

Freddie Mercury, an extraordinary figure, was only 45 years old when he died. It is also the average age of the Queen-A-Man team which offers a burlesque but sincere tribute, charged with emotion by fans who are not very young… but not so old!

This free, family-friendly show is from the company “O captain my captain” which comes to us from Loire-Atlantique. This action is in partnership with the City of Chaumont, the City of Saint-Dizier and the 3 Scènes de Saint-Dizier.
