Thanks to numerous cultural activities, the Jean-Moulin school in Alès wanted to create a unifying openness to our society.

The theme of urban cultures to beautify, color, illuminate and preserve the environment, to do and live together beyond our differences, has been, has been throughout this school year, the common thread of the cultural component of Jean College -Moulin d’Alès. These last days before the summer holidays, several times were dedicated to the restitution of the artistic and cultural projects of the school year, orchestrated by Joëlle Raibaud, principal of the establishment.

Thus, for the visual arts, the young people worked in sixth grade on the richness of difference through animated silhouettes of colorful graphics, installed below the Secularism tree. While a stand offered decorative mosaic objects for sale, created by students from Ulis 2 and the Urban Cultures option. In PE, four sixth grade classes, as well as two fourth grade classes, experienced a hip-hop dance cycle in collaboration with the All-Style association in Alès. After being introduced to this discipline, newly included in the Olympic Games, the students worked on several choreographies which they presented during this restitution. Perseverance, confidence and challenge were the key words of this dance adventure. On the choral singing side, the Jean-Moulin choir has joined forces with that of the Diderot college, so that the students can be mixed with students in Class with arranged music times (CHAM). Like so many elements which helped to create cohesion and synergy within the Alesian college.
