A break in equality between public and private students, who thus see themselves favored, and an unfair difference in treatment with middle school students from other departments,” they believe. The Department considers that this is the sole competence of the State.
A delegation tried to make itself heard in the council room, as a preamble to the meeting. She was received separately by Nicolas Martrenchard, Director General of Department Services.
Snes-FSU 73 and Sud Éducation Savoie intend to respond in an open letter to the letter sent to parents by Hervé Gaymard. The latter confided that he had requested a free appeal against the rector's circular “which is in contradiction with the law and its decree”.
