Saturday evening, the third evening of the Montauban en Scènes 2024 festival kept all its promises, offering the public a series of memorable performances despite intermittent rain. The lineup for this flagship evening warmed hearts and lit up the stage, with talented artists who left their mark. The evening was launched by the talented Mentissa. With her captivating voice and natural charisma, Mentissa quickly captivated the audience. His sincere and moving interpretations created an intimate atmosphere, establishing a deep connection with the spectators setting the tone for this evening which was already shaping up to be one of the highlights of the festival. Pierre de Maere then took over, offering a supercharged performance that was reminiscent of the performances of Michel Polnareff in his younger years. The artist did not hesitate to break down the barriers between the stage and the public, offering himself not one, but two memorable crowd baths. A more dynamic performance full of interaction with the public. Of course, the evening ended in apotheosis with Patrick Bruel. Showing real love for his audience, Bruel offered a concert lasting almost two hours in the pouring rain. An evening where the most deserving of the evening was undoubtedly the crowd present and enthusiastic in the face of the elements. Bruel, with his beloved repertoire and his stage talent, knew how to make Montauban vibrate. The classics of his repertoire, as well as moments of sharing, were worthy of the artist.
