This is a system promoting the structuring of professional basketball clubs, put in place since the 2013/2014 season. It is based on specifications built around 5 themes considered essential in the operation of a club while meeting the requirements and expectations of professional sport and sports entertainment: “Club Project”; ” Human ressources ” ; “Financial and budgetary structuring” focuses on the financial health of clubs and their budgetary dynamics; “Customer Experience, digital and CSR”; “Sports and training policy.
Obviously, the Arena changed everything
