The Réunion Fencing League is proud to close the 2024 U15 Youth Festival in Mâcon with a very positive result!
Our beautiful delegation of 19 young fencers (including many M13s rubbing shoulders with the M15s), accompanied by their dedicated supervisors, shone on the Burgundian slopes on June 15 and 16.
Promising results
Their efforts and perseverance have resulted in varied and encouraging results. Special mention to the Fleuret women’s team which achieved a magnificent 3rd placedemonstrating remarkable team spirit and combativeness.
An enriching experience
Beyond the results, this competition was an opportunity for our young shoots to measure themselves against opponents from all over France, to assert themselves individually and to strengthen their cohesion as a group.
Quality supervision
The success of our M15s is also the fruit of the investment and dedication of their supervisors: Richard THOMARAT and Philippe PROST for the Épée, Dominique LORION and Médéric OGNARD for the Foil, and Stéphane CLERGUE for the Sabre.

The Réunion Fencing League is proud of these young talents and their promising career. They embody the next generation of Reunion fencing and promise us great times in the years to come.
